An estimate. You only pay for the bookings SES confirms: those that never get registered do not count. Below €5 the amount rolls over to the next month instead of being invoiced.

Frequently asked questions

When is a booking charged?
When SES Hospedajes confirms at least one guest on that booking. It is charged once per booking, even with six guests and even if it is filed in several batches. If a booking never gets registered, or the Ministry rejects it entirely, it is not billed.
Is there a minimum fee or a lock-in?
No. A month with no bookings filed is a month with no invoice. You can close the account whenever you like from the panel.
Can I try it before handing over a card?
Yes. You sign up and get into the panel with no card, and your first 15 bookings are free. They are not a simulation: their reports are genuinely filed with SES Hospedajes using your credentials, and they are not charged. The card is only needed for booking number 16.
How do I pay?
You store a card when you sign up and Stripe issues the invoice automatically with the applicable VAT. Your usage breakdown is in the panel in real time.
If I file very little one month, do I get an invoice for pennies?
No. Usage accumulates and is only invoiced once the pending balance reaches €5 + VAT — ten bookings; below that it rolls over to the next month. It is not a minimum spend: you do not pay to reach that figure, you simply wait. A month with no bookings still generates no invoice, and you can see your real usage in the panel from the first moment.
Is Kinapi liable if I am fined?
No. The duty to file the traveller report belongs to the accommodation operator: Kinapi is the tool you comply with and transmits using your credentials, applying reasonable means for it to arrive on time, but it neither replaces your obligation nor can guarantee the outcome of a Ministry system. This is set out in the terms of service, along with the liability cap.
