Cookie policy

This is a translation provided for convenience. Kinapi is operated from Spain and the Spanish version is the binding one in the event of any discrepancy.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Here we explain which cookies kinapi.es uses and what for.
Essential cookies
These are strictly necessary for the site and for signing in to work, and they do not need your permission: Spanish law (LSSI, art. 22.2) does not require consent for technical or session cookies that are essential to the service you asked for. A first visit to this site installs none of them until you sign in.
| Cookie | Who sets it | What for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| checkinsas_session | Kinapi (first-party) | Keeps you signed in to the administration panel. | 7 days |
| AppServiceAuthSession / .AspNetCore.Cookies (or similar) | Microsoft Azure — Easy Auth | Handle the sign-in process with Microsoft Entra External ID during the “Get started” / “Continue with Microsoft” flow. | Session / as set by Microsoft |
| Google cookies | Only if you choose “Sign in with Google” on the sign-up screen — managed by Google, not by Kinapi. | As set by Google |
Analytics cookies (only if you accept them)
We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and anonymous recordings of browsing on the public site, so we can see what is understood and what is not. They are not needed for the site to work, so they are not loaded until you press “Accept” in the notice: if you reject it or ignore it, Clarity never runs and these cookies are never created.
With that same acceptance we also use Google Analytics 4, to count visits and see where they come from (search engines, links, campaigns). It is set up without Google Signals and without ad personalisation: the data is not used for advertising or linked to your Google account. Google Analytics truncates the IP address and does not store it.
Where it is not used: the guest check-in form (/c/…) and the customer panel (/app), neither Clarity nor Google Analytics. The former is where identity data is typed, and there is no analytics of any kind there. The Clarity project is also set to strict masking: text is replaced by blocks before it leaves the browser, so recordings show the shape of the page but not its contents.
| Cookie | Who sets it | What for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Browser identifier used to tell a new visit from a returning one, without identifying you. | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Groups the pages you view during the same visit into a single recording. | 1 day |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Random browser identifier used to count unique visitors, without identifying you. | 2 years |
| _ga_MG5LXGML3E | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of the visit (session) for the Kinapi property. | 2 years |
Cookies we do not use
Kinapi uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, and we neither sell nor share browsing data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How to manage cookies
You can block or delete the essential cookies from your browser settings, but bear in mind that if you do, you will not be able to sign in or use the Kinapi panel, since they depend on them to work.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the cookies we use change, especially if we add other non-essential cookies.
