Owners

The lessor of each property — their details appear on the contract. One owner can run several properties.

The owner object

Object
{
  "id": "a1b2c3d4-…",
  "legalName": "Gestora Costa SL",
  "nif": "B12345678",

  "updatedAt": "2026-07-19T10:00:00.000Z"
}

An owner is created once and assigned to one or more properties by their id (the ownerId field in /properties). Editing the owner here updates their details on every one of their properties at once.

GET/owners/{id}

Update an owner

PATCH/owners/{id}

Partial update. The change shows up on every property they are assigned to.

Delete an owner

DELETE/owners/{id}

Rejected with 409 if the owner is still assigned to a property. Reassign those properties to another owner (with ownerId on PATCH /properties/{id}) before deleting them.

An owner’s bookings and records

Every property carries its ownerId, in the GET /properties list as well. To work with everything belonging to an owner without knowing their properties up front:

  • GET /checkins?ownerId=… lists the bookings of all their properties, including deactivated ones and those that came in under a channel id (see Check-ins).
  • POST /exports with ownerId generates a ZIP with their reports, proofs of filing, contracts and signature evidence, to hand over to them.

When you stop managing them, the panel has an assistant to offboard them: cancel their upcoming bookings, export their records, deactivate their properties and suppress their data. It is all in Exports and offboarding.
